We'll begin by discussing the overall Revenue Engine and how upsells and retention start right back in your marketing processes. You'll get the workshop agendas, plan templates and toolkits you need to check, build or solidify your agency's mission, vision and KPIs. You'll then move through the marketing, sales and retention modules with tools, worksheets and workshop agendas ready to support you throughout.

You may also wish to account for time running the recommended workshops with your team and time to work through the worksheets that are going to help you move the needle.

What support is there?

The course is designed to be self-sufficient for those who would like to work through it on their own. For those who would like additional coaching and support, sessions with Ali are available at an additional investment.

No! This course is designed to be practical and every agency is unique. It is recommended that you use the tools and training to identify the most parts for your growth, and to implement them.
